As we expand our reach, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Teaching Coordinator to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled International Teaching Coordinator to facilitate the collaboration between our multiple locations, fostering a seamless exchange of knowledge and expertise. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our traditional Thai massage programs while ensuring a global perspective in our teaching methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers and staff at both local and international locations.

  • Coordinate the development of teaching materials and curricula.

  • Facilitate communication between instructors, students, and administrative teams.

  • Ensure the consistency and quality of teaching methods across all locations.

  • Assist in the design and implementation of innovative learning strategies.

  • Oversee the translation of educational materials to cater to diverse audiences.

  • Conduct training sessions for teaching staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • Manage student experiences and address any concerns or challenges.

  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials to promote our programs globally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Experience in education coordination or a related role.

  • Knowledge of traditional Thai massage or a similar field is highly desirable.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural environment.

  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
