Founded in 1994, Khun Churn began as a small kitchen along a roadside in Chiang Mai. With a deep respect for Thai culinary heritage, we set out to create vegetarian dishes that retain the familiar tastes passed down through generations.
We focus on natural, plant-based ingredients — vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, and whole grains — prepared with care and without MSG. Each recipe honors traditional Thai flavors while supporting a healthier way of living.
