These documents are required in order to issue the Certificate of Completion.
📄 STEP 3: Upload Required Documents
🪪 1. Upload a Valid ID- Take a clear photo of your passport or government-issued photo ID. ⚠️ Your name on the certificate will be the same as the name on this ID.
📷 2. Submit a Square Photo- Take a clear square photo of yourself with a plain white background. This photo will be printed on your Certificate of Completion.
STEP 4: Pay $50 for the OMH Student Package
The package will be shipped directly from OMH in Thailand.
This includes:
1. Official OMH Certificate of Completion
2. OMH T-shirt and pants
3. Durable OMH tote bag with essential items
4. OMH pin to honor your journey
