🧑‍💼 ตำแหน่งงาน: เจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการ (แอดมิน) / บัญชี

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• ดูแลงานธุรการทั่วไปของโรงเรียน และประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร

• จัดการเอกสารทางบัญชีเบื้องต้น เช่น งานรับ–จ่ายเงิน ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และใบแจ้งหนี้

• ติดต่อสื่อสารกับนักเรียนต่างชาติ (ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสื่อสารได้)

• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบริหาร ครูผู้สอน และนักเรียนอย่างมืออาชีพ

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ดี (Word, Excel, E-mail)

• มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีเบื้องต้น (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับทำงานได้

• มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ รับผิดชอบสูง และทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
